AIMS 目标 LINGUISTICA SILESIANA is an international journal of linguistic studies. It will carry articles in English, French, German and occasionally in other languages. One issue per year is published. We welcome articles on the full range of linguistic and philological subfields, including phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, stylistics, metrics, language contact, and change. Like other journals published by the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN), Linguistica Silesiana uses the iThenticate plagiarism checker system. Contributions are subject to a double-blind review process. Authors are notified of acceptance or rejection of submissions within four months of the submission date. The reviewing procedure is supervised by the Editorial Team and our International Editorial Board.

NEWS 新闻
- We are pleased to announce that a new issue of LS Vol. 43 is already going through the publishing process and it will be ready at the end of this year.
- Contributors to a new issue vol. 44 should start submitting their articles in November.
- The length of the submitted articles is limited to about 42000 characters (about 20 pages), spaces excluded but all items included, i.e. references, tables and figures.
- Articles for publication should be submitted electronically in PDF and WORD formats as an email atachment to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
